Deployment frequency

This measures the frequency of code deployments. The DORA performance grades for Deployment Frequency are:

1. Elite - On-demand (multiple deploys per day)
2. High - Between once per day and once per week
3. Medium - Between once per week and once per month
4. Low - Between once per month and once every 6 months

Change Failure Rate

Percentage of deployments which result in degraded service and subsequently require remediation(hotfix, rollback, patch, etc). The DORA performance grades for Change failure rate are:

1. Elite - Between 0-15%
2. High - Between 16-30%
3. Medium - Between 31-45%
4. Low - Between 46-60%

Cycle Time For Deployed Code

The time it takes from the first commit of a PR to its deployment. The DORA performance grades for Cycle Time For Deployed Code are:

1. Elite - Less than 1 day
2. High - Between 1 day and 1 week
3. Medium - Between 1 week and 1 month
4. Low - Between 1 month and 6 months

Mean Time To Restore or MTTR

1. The time it takes to restore service when a service incident or a defect that impacts users occurs. The DORA performance grades for MTTR are:
2. Elite - Less than 1 hour
3. High - Between 1 hour and 1 week
4. Medium - Between 1 day and 1 week
5. Low - Between 1 week and 1 month

Why
